- Sit down with our designer to discuss your needs, aesthetics, and budget for your dream home
- Get an immediate cost estimate for your home
- Begin the process by paying a 15% initiation fee.
3.Design approvals
- Our designer creates a customized plan for your dream home.
- See your vision come to life in 3D and make any changes you desire.
- Once you're happy, we'll lock in the design.
- To move forward, a 35% deposit is required.
4.Work in Progress
- Materials will be delivered, and our team will commence furniture assembly.
- Additional requests may result in additional costs.
- Completion typically ranges from 30 to 45 days, including final fixes and quality checks
- Pay the rest 50% payment prior to the completion
5.Shop & Move-In
- Shop decor and furniture options from our collection or your preferred store.
- Unlock the doors to your dream home and step into a world of Joy & Happiness
